2025 - now
Started shipping mobile apps and landed a viral hit with Bagio, my packing app. That gave me a huge push. Since then I have been learning the hard parts: onboarding, paywalls, tracking, ads, UGC, App Store growth and retention.

Solo Indie Dev
Hey, I'm Marco. I'm a solo indie dev building small apps, AI tools and internet products from idea to launch.
I like simple interfaces, fast shipping and products that feel useful before they feel polished. Most of my work starts as a tiny experiment and ends up on the App Store.
Work
sociary.cloudSocial GrowthA tiny analytics copilot for creators. I built it to turn messy Instagram and TikTok numbers into simple next-post ideas.↗
BagioTravel AppMy AI packing-list app for people who always forget one thing. Destination, weather and trip style become a clean checklist.↗
Rate Your DayHealth & FitnessA small mood journal built around one daily ritual: rate the day, add a note, spot patterns without overthinking it.↗
ScenovaProductivityA focus timer that feels less like productivity software and more like setting a scene: candles, rain, fire, hourglasses.↗
Haircheck AILifestyleAn AI hair scan experiment for tracking hairline, density and visual changes over time with a simple guided flow.↗
PostablePhoto & VideoA camera utility for framing photos on purpose. Pick a look, line up the crop, shoot something that is ready to post.↗Timeline
I did not start with a perfect plan. I kept trying things, failing, learning distribution the hard way and slowly moving closer to the kind of indie products I want to build today.

2024
Spent about a year trying to build a startup through vibe coding. It failed because the technical problem was not really solvable, but it was the first time people were willing to pay.
2022
Tried to build an innovative suitcase brand. The concept was strong, but the actual innovations were far too expensive to produce. I did not know that yet and learned it the hard way.
2020
Started a clothing brand, built the website myself and tried to grow it through social media. It was my first proper attempt at mixing product, brand and distribution.
2017 - 2019
Kept building smaller local projects. Nothing huge, but enough real-world work to understand clients, constraints and the difference between an idea and a shipped thing.
2016
Started by trying to sell WordPress websites to local businesses. A lot of cold outreach, rough pitches and learning how the web worked by doing.
